1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

For customized services such as blouse stitching or ready-to-wear sarees, processing may take 3–5 additional business days.

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • United States of America (USA)

  • Other international locations (on request)


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • India: 3–5 business days

  • UK & USA: 5–7 business days

  • Other International Orders: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or included in the product price (if mentioned).

For international orders, shipping typically ranges between ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 per saree, depending on weight and location.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


5. Courier Partners

We use reliable international courier services such as DHL and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Payable by the customer at the time of delivery


8. Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or details.

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
